Ingredienti
3-4 pomodori maturi,rossi (a grappolo)
Rucola
Olio d'oliva aromatizzato con aglio +/- basilico,rucola,rosmarino etc
1/2 kgr di penne o fusilli
Preparazione
Tagliate i pomodori a dadini,salate e mettere nel colino per alcuni minuti,dopodichè li trasferite ad un contenitore dove aggiungerete la rucola e l'olio.
Se non avete l'olio aromatizzato usate olio di buona qualita e aglio in polvere...
Il tutto viene versato sulla pasta,lasciate raffreddare per 10 minuti e servite.
